Though closed to the general public, with the exception of half-term weekends in February, the Museum remains open to groups 10+, schools, students or adults. By prior arrangement with the Administrator at the above rates.

New! The Museum is also open during the winter for individuals and small groups up to 9 people by special request at a price of £7.50 per person (children at £3.00). By prior arrangement with our Administrator.

These are in effect private visits. Our Administrator will show you the main collection. These visits will particularly suit visitors from overseas who are in Whitby in the winter and unlikely to be able to return.
